Game Day Visuals
In a small, talented team with a lead designer and art director, I played a crucial role in creating and managing the production for the 2014 NHL Stadium Series and Winter Classic. We designed for five major games, including four Stadium Series games and the iconic Winter Classic.
We started with initial concepts overlaid on site-survey photos to assess environmental impacts and optimal viewing angles. The expansive designs aimed to enhance the fan experience, creating immersive environments that celebrated the teams and their locations.
Our collaboration with the NHL was intensive, involving multiple concept iterations. For the Winter Classic, we explored 17 different themes before finalizing the design, ensuring a distinctive and memorable experience for all attendees.

Game Day Visuals
Imagine wrapping the length of an entire stadium with a design from your team. With a small design team of a lead designer, the art director, and myself, we created and managed production for the 2014 NHL Stadium Series and 2014 NHL Winter Classic. There were five major games that we did this for, four were the NHL Stadium Series and the final one was the NHL Winter Classic.
Initial concepts were overlaid on site-survey photos to understand environmental impact, and viewing angles on every visual we designed.
In these image you can see stadium-size prints designed to wrap around the entire environment experience so fans could appreciate their teams from all angles. Each game had a unique theme that tied into the teams and game locations. The process involved many concept iterations with NHL to get to the final design. I remember with the Winter Classic, there were 17 different theme directions to choose from before the NHL locked in the following look.

I started and completed a 20% project, a UI design for an internal Google research portal.
